Frequently Asked Questions

How can we help you?

This depends on the project. Most bathroom renovations or small kitchen renovations typically use a ten yard dumpster. Tile roof demolition generally requires a twenty or thirty yard dumpster. Forty yard dumpsters are used for light debris, tree branches, etc. Please call us so we can assist you in choosing a size that is right for your project.

The unit of measurement used in the waste industry is CUBIC YARDS. A twenty yard dumpster fits easily into a common driveway. The dumpster will not fit in a residential garage. They will fit inside a commercial building if the doorway is taller than 9 feet and 10 feet wide.

20 yard dumpster is 20’L x 8’W x 4’H

40 yard dumpster is 20’L x 8’W x 8’H

In most cases the answer is no. However, in gated communities and cul-de-sac properties the home owner association may allow you to place the dumpster in the street for 8 hours. In this situation we will deliver the dumpster in the morning and pick it up before the close of business the same day, and we will provide safety cones.

No. When you order your dumpster, we can discuss where you would like the dumpster placed on your property and can arrange payment over the telephone. If you are not on site at the time of drop off, we only require a telephone number in case we need to contact you at the time of delivery.

We are flexible and will tailor a time span to your specific needs. If your project runs over a few days, there is no need to worry, just call us. On most small projects, dumpsters are typically on site for 4 days to 2 weeks. For bigger renovations or builds, dumpsters can remain on site for 2 weeks to a month.

Construction debris, demolition/renovation debris, bulky waste, yard waste, house hold furniture, carpet, paper, glass and plastic.

Batteries, tires, chemicals, paint, equipment with gas or oil still inside, appliances, gas or propane tanks, hazardous materials, liquids of any kind.

When you rent the dumpster, only one dump is included in the price. If you need another dump, contact us and we will bring a new dumpster out to you when we pick up the original dumpster.

You can only fill the dumpster to the maximum load level sign or the top rail of the dumpster. Over filling the dumpster will cause the debris to slide off when the dumpster is loaded onto the truck. It is also against FLA DOT regulations to carry overloaded or overweight dumpsters. We are concerned about safety and will not carry loads that are unsafe.

Payment for the dumpster is required upon delivery. We accept credit card, money order and personal checks.
